5 The power supply value describes the budget for the DC (static) power supply tolerance and does not include the dynamic tolerance requirements. Refer to the PDN tool for the additional budget for the dynamic tolerance requirements.
6 For data rate <=3.2 Gbps, connect VCCR_GXBL/R, VCCT_GXBL/R, or VCCL_GXBL/R to either 1.1-V or 1.15-V power supply. For data rate >3.2 Gbps, connect VCCR_GXBL/R, VCCT_GXBL/R, or VCCL_GXBL/R to a 1.15-V power supply. For details, refer to the Arria® V GT, GX, ST, and SX Device Family Pin Connection Guidelines.
