What is VCC_AUX and VCC_AUX_SHARED power rail in Cyclone® V SoC device used for ?

Description

VCC_AUX is for bias generator. The modular POR block is powered by VCC_AUX. The VCC_AUX_SHARED is same as VCC_AUX which is for the bias generator as well. In Cyclone® V SoC device VCC_AUX at top right corner has been separated on die and named as VCC_AUX_SHARED.
