Is it normal for the Design Security encryption key programming files generated by Quartus II software for the same key to be different?

Description Yes, the Design Security encryption key programming (EKP) files generated from the same key can be expected to be different each time the EKP file is generated by the Quartus® II software. This applies to the EKP files generated in the same version or different versions of Quartus II software. Different EKP files generated from the same key will work in the same way.
