Problem: SLOAD, CLR, and ENA signals can enter the LAB through the
	 same LSIM port. However, the timing infrastructure previously only
	 allowed CLR and ENA to enter through the same port, so this error is a
	 false positive.

Solution: This patch fixes the problem.Updated TIS to allow SLOAD to
	  enter the LAB through the same port as the ENA signal.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus II 13.1 software or must
          install the Quartus II 13.1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II
          software will not run properly.
