The crowd streamed out of the Prince Charles Cinema in London's Leicester Square with pulses racing, energized by five amazing films, the thrill of travel, and the pull of technology-enabled connection. The historic movie theater played host to the premiere of Four Stories, a short film series with Roman Coppola and The Directors Bureau. Intel and W Hotels asked aspiring filmmakers from around the world to submit short screenplays set in W Hotels destinations and featuring an Intel-inspired Ultrabook™ as a central character. Roman and The Directors Bureau matched the four winning screenplays with some of the most talented up-and-coming filmmakers working today.

The films were fantastic: Lee Toland Krieger, of Celeste and Jesse Forever, directed Modern/Love, about the first meeting of a far-flung romance in Doha; Sundance favorite Spencer Susser directed Eugene, a dark comedy set in Washington DC; actress and director Lake Bell helmed ¡El Tonto!, a comedy about an unlikely friendship in Mexico City; and Kahlil Joseph told a metaphysical story of redemption, The Mirror Between Us, set in the beautiful Maldives.

Roman led the party down the street to W London - Leicester Square, where DJane kept the energy going with lively music and animated GIF making booths to let everyone make little films of their own using Ultrabook™ convertibles.

Be sure to watch the original films at YouTube.com/fourstories and behind-the-scenes documentaries at Intel.com/fourstories.
